About RN Alice
Alice Esso, BSN, RN, MBA is a nurse with over 20 years of experience across home health, hospice, hospital care, and case management. She began her career supporting patients and families in home health, palliative care, and hospice, then transitioned into acute care hospital settings, including medical-surgical and step-down units, where she developed strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Clinical Experience & Expertise
With experience in both Emergency Department and inpatient case management, Alice supports discharge planning, care coordination, and safe transitions across care settings.
Her most recent work in Emergency Department Case Management within a fast-paced trauma hospital allows her to guide patients and families through urgent situations while ensuring they connect to the appropriate level of care.
She is known for strong documentation, attention to detail, and her ability to build meaningful rapport. She is experienced in navigating the healthcare system, coordinating care across providers and insurance, and advocating to ensure patients receive the support they need.
